Animations for Classroom Instruction in PGE

The Department of Petroleum and Geosystems Engineering approached the FIC to create several animations of the drilling process of an oil well. The FIC worked with Dr. Bommer to produce a new animation for his class at no cost to him or his department. The FIC also created a virtual drilling site (http://www.pge.utexas.edu/drilling/) explaining the different kinds of equipment used at a typical site.
